The Council was established to stimulate the city’s economic potential, implement strategic programs, and ensure the active participation of the business community and experts in decision-making. We are focused on moving away from traditional models of reconstruction in favor of high-tech industrial transformation, energy self-sufficiency, and regional sustainability.

Industry and Defense-Tech
Modernization of the sector, development of high-tech manufacturing and industrial parks, and production of dual-use goods for both civilian and defense purposes.

Development of the transportation system, modernization of ports, deep integration into international corridors (in particular, the strategic development of the Danube region), and logistics hubs.
Innovation and Investment
The development of startups, the digitalization of the economy, the attraction of international funds, and the establishment of public-private partnerships based on transparency.
